Tanner Wilson 𝕿𝕬𝕹𝕹𝕰𝕽 𝖂𝕴𝕷𝕾𝕺𝕹
Tanner was born in Indiana, and like many kids in the ’90s, his introduction to art and design came through music, graffiti, tattooing, and skateboarding.
“These paintings are meant to serve as a snapshot into the regular, mundane things we do throughout life as a human race. They are a stolen memory from a moment in time where someone lived and breathed. They are a
torn page from an atom of a second that will never come around the same way again.”

Tanner will have 3 of his pieces in this exhibit.
He also co-curated In The Particular. This is our 6th exhibit curating together. It’s one of the highlights of my year. It’s always an exciting exchange of ideas and so much fun!

“My series of miniature dioramas in vintage slide viewer boxes originated a few years back when I was trying to quickly make something small and fun for a holiday yankee swap. I loved the outcome and fell in love with the process. The pieces have depth, complexity, and a hard to define interiority - they’re like little sculptural one-liners.”

Jimmy Veira Jimmy Viera
“My paintings are made from observations made while walking through the woods. I’m lpinterested in the ways in which animals, plants, and fungi interact. The pieces for this show were started in the spring after returning from a trip to Amsterdam. Visiting Amsterdam during the peak spring season was such a joy. While some of these pieces are solely based on my local trails, others showcase many of the wildflowers I saw while abroad.”

So happy to have one of our favorite artists back at the gallery. Jimmy has two new paintings for you all in this exhibit. Make sure you come and check them out!!

Hannah Eddy Hannah Eddy
Hannah Eddy is an artist who is endlessly inspired by spending time in nature. Being out amongst the wildflowers has influenced her latest work. These pieces for the show are reminders of how continued growth can lead to a fully bloomed life.

Honored to have Hannah’s gorgeous art back in the gallery. Hannah was born in Maine and now lives in Reno. She will have 2 pieces in the upcoming exhibit.

James Joyce
“In the particular is contained the universal” speaks to the most profound, relatable truths about the human condition that are found by deeply exploring highly specific, ordinary details rather than speaking in broad abstractions. When people try to create art, stories, or products meant to appeal to everyone, they often end up with vague, generic results that lack soul.
Joyce suggested the exact opposite approach: by zooming in and capturing a single, honest, and hyper-local moment or experience.
