PWH Director of Operations, Alan Clark attended the "Changemaker Panel" at Falmouth Middle School today, Friday, May 29th.

Each panelist talked about their non-profit and what type of changes we have made in our industry. Then there were breakout sessions where students were able to ask more direct questions to each of the panelists.

Alan spoke about our container program, medical trips, medical auction, MSP program, the PWH Chapters and how volunteers run 95% of what we do. “They had great questions and were very engaged. The ultimate goal for the students is to learn how they can advocate on the organization's behalf through their informative letter-writing.”

Our friends Poland Spring Natural Spring Water donated 2 pallets of distilled water to help us run our autoclave. That is 70 cases, 420 gallon jugs of distilled water and close to 3700lbs.

This allows us to sterilize equipment that we ship so it can be immediately used upon arrival.
