Through a partnership with Cross Insurance, small acts at the register are making an even greater impact this week.
Every week, more than 25,000 customers choose to round up, turning everyday purchases into meaningful support for local Goodwill programs. Those donations help provide access to essentials like clothing and household goods, while also funding workforce services that connect people with training and employment opportunities.
Now, during this limited-time match from May 24 to May 30, every Round Up donation will be matched by Cross Insurance up to $10,000. That means twice the support for people and families working toward independence.
It is a simple choice at checkout that helps more people access what they need to work and thrive.

Meet Tuan, supporting his team and community as an Assistant Manager at our Windham store.
Tuan shows up each day knowing that every donation tells a story. From the moment items come through the door, he sees the generosity behind them and the role they play in powering our mission.
What motivates him most? Seeing generosity in action and knowing it makes a difference.
"I like working here because I get to see all of the generous donations that come through our doors. Knowing how much generosity it takes to keep our mission moving forward makes me feel good about my job."
Through his work, Tuan helps turn everyday donations into opportunities. Those items do more than fill shelves. They help fund programs, support job seekers, and strengthen communities across Northern New England.
Tuan is proud to be part of a team that connects generosity to impact and is committed to showing up each day to keep that momentum going.
That commitment is why he shows up every day.
Good Works Here, and you should too!
