Congratulations to all of our students of the month. We are proud to celebrate the students who make a difference in our school community.

Student of the month is proudly sponsored by Odessa FL Chick-fil-A 13402 SR 54. Thank you for supporting our students and helping us recognize their accomplishments.

Due to the possible inclement weather the gates for tonight’s Zephyrhills football game will not open until seven for fans. If at seven we are in a lightning delay, the gates will not open until 30 minutes before kickoff. We will let everyone in well before band, dance, cheer, or football gets started. Keep checking social media starting at 6:30 for updates. The game will not be canceled until we are sure we will not be able to play at a later start time tonight.

Each month, we recognize staff members who exemplify exceptional dedication to our students, demonstrate outstanding teamwork, and go above and beyond to support our school community.

We are proud to recognize this month’s Heart of River Ridge recipients:

Instructional: Joclyn Kidwell

The Heart of River Ridge Award recognizes someone who shows their love for our school through the passion, care, and heart they bring each day. We can’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition than Joclyn Kidwell.

Joclyn has made a beautiful and lasting impact on River Ridge by transforming our courtyards into spaces that students and staff can enjoy every day. Through a large landscaping project with her science students, she has created hands-on learning experiences while teaching students about plants, teamwork, responsibility, and caring for their environment.

What began as a class project has become something that benefits our entire school community. Joclyn continues to care for and maintain the courtyards and other staff spaces, making sure they remain beautiful and welcoming.

Her work may seem like it’s simply about flowers and landscaping, but it is so much more. Joclyn has created spaces that bring beauty and happiness to our school each day. She reminds us that loving your school can mean rolling up your sleeves, getting your hands dirty, involving your students, and leaving something behind that makes the entire community better.

Joclyn, thank you for putting so much heart into River Ridge. You have truly helped our school bloom, and we are proud to recognize you as this month’s Heart of River Ridge recipient.

Non-Instructional: Cameron Coller

Cameron consistently exemplifies the Heart of River Ridge through her dependability, knowledge, and genuine willingness to support students, staff, and school initiatives. Her positive attitude and pleasant demeanor make her a joy to work with, while her professionalism and expertise contribute greatly to the success of our school.

Whether participating in school events, supporting extracurricular activities, or enthusiastically showcasing Royal Knight pride, Cameron’s involvement reflects her deep commitment to our school community. She is always willing to lend a helping hand, step up when needed, and inspire those around her with her positive energy and team-first mindset.

Thank you, Cameron, for being an exceptional role model and for representing the very best of what it means to be a Royal Knight. We are grateful for the heart and dedication you bring to River Ridge each day.

Congratulations to Mrs. Kidwell and Mrs. Coller on this well-deserved recognition. We are grateful for the passion, dedication, and heart you bring to our school community.
