The Pasco County Property Appraiser's Office enjoyed hosting an agricultural appraisal roundtable Thursday with fellow AG professionals from the Citrus, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough and Polk property appraisers' offices. Our Field/AG Appraiser Supervisor Julie Gordon and AG Appraiser Jamie Polk spent the day discussing legislative changes, AG values, rates and best practices with their colleagues from surrounding counties.

Our Pasco County Property Appraiser team was honored to spend Saturday connecting with local veterans and their families about tax-saving exemptions at Congressman Gus Bilirakis' 20th Annual Veterans Resource Fair. We’re grateful for every opportunity to assist our veterans, provide helpful resources, and give back to those who have given so much in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Property Appraiser Mike Wells presented a Pasco County commercial market update today at the Florida CCIM Chapter West Coast District's 2026 Tampa Bay Market Update gathering alongside his fellow Bay Area Property Appraisers and CoStar’s Director of Analytics, Michelle Rumore. The annual event in Clearwater serves as an educational and networking opportunity for local commercial real estate professionals.
