Homestead Exemption can save you💰 – Don’t lose it!
️⃣ Do not RENT your home for more than 30 days in two consecutive years.
️⃣ BUY or SELL your home? You’ll need to reapply!
️⃣ Claim homestead ELSEWHERE? Your homestead must be your permanent residence. You cannot have a residency-based exemption in another state also!
️⃣Don't change your residency qualifiers! An out-of-state Driver's License or Voter ID can disqualify you!
