Always wanted to learn how to play guitar, but never knew where to start? Join us on August 8th and 17th for an introductory course on guitar this winter-spring on first Saturdays of the month! Led by librarian Luca Bartlomiejczyk, you will learn the basics of playing the guitar in a series of monthly workshop

Note: The library only has four guitars to lend. Please bring your own or notify Luca via email ([email protected]) beforehand if you would like to borrow one of our instruments for the class session to ensure availability.

Exactly what it sounds like: come hang out in the library tomorrow and play giant versions of the games you know and love. We have giant connect four, giant checkers, giant Jenga, giant dominos, and more! You can also play our regular sized board games, but we think bigger is better.
