The Body as a Temple of the Divine

What if your body isn’t something you need to fix?

What if, instead, it is something God has entrusted to you—a sacred vessel to listen to, care for, and honor with compassion?

In this solo episode of Unlocking the Miracles Within, I explore what it means to see the body as part of God’s perfect design rather than through the lens of judgment, comparison, shame, or fear.

We’ll talk about learning to listen when the body asks us to rest, move, breathe, change course, or simply slow down. We’ll also explore how prayer can help us become more aware of what our bodies are communicating—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

One of the invitations I share in this episode is simple:

🙏 Ask your body, “What do you need from me today?”

Then listen without judgment.

You don’t have to become someone different before you are worthy of love. You don’t have to achieve the “perfect” body before God sees you as whole.

God already sees you through love.
