Mike served in the U.S. Marine Corps, Active Duty, from 1998-2003 both in the continental United States and abroad. I also worked for the US Justice Department for 17 years, assisting in Civil Rights housing cases around the United States. Mike attended his 200 hour RYT in Alexandria, Virginia in May, 2017 and completed his 300 hour RYT in Post-Traumatic Growth and Ayurvedic Medicine through Vetoga in June, 2020. He has continued his studies by studying with Sri Dharma Mittra for the 500hr, 50hr and 200hr Life of Yogi Training. His style of yoga is based on the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, Sri Amrit Desai, and Dr. Vasant Lad.

For over the past year, I was fully compliant with all the covid restrictions, quarantine, social distance, mask, limit social activities, no traveling...until September when my wanderlust spirit craved a nature escape. Scary as it was to travel, with 72 hours covid pretesting and complicated flight and border rules, uncertain about how things will be outside the US, if you ask me is it worth all the hurdles??yelling Yessssss it's worth it. Especially to places like Iceland where it's super clean with plenty of natural space and fresh air. Thank you
