Pull-ups are difficult, and if you've never quite gotten them down there are plenty of ways to train your upper body until you can do them! Even completing one pull-up is an awesome showing of your strength.

Tuesday: Don't drink your calories!
One HUGE setback for someone trying to lose weight are calories you intake from beverages. The problem is that drinking a soda that's 150 calories does not fill you up the same way an 150 calorie-snack would. So you end up consuming more calories throughout the day. Not to mention all the added sugar!
Choose water more times than not, your body will thank you ๐

Dynamic Stretching = Better Performance
The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) recommends dynamic stretching prior to any physical activity, because it actively prepares the muscles, warms up the body and takes the muscles through their full range of motion.
Start with some quick cardio (a jog or jumping rope) and then some stretches that are NOT stationary, like high knees, butt kicks, etc.

If you're training to lose some weight, it's important to understand how fat loss actually works. Forget calorie counting, and start thinking of food as fuel for your body.
Getting six-pack abs is usually a result of fat loss, not doing 10,000 crunches a day...and burning fat all boils down to a simple equation: Calories in versus calories burned.
That means going beyond calories and studying your macronutrient intake (fats, protein, and carbs) to understand how much you consume relative to how much you burn during a workout!
