This wonderful gathering place for adults ages 50 and older defies all stereotypes of the older population. We offer floor yoga twice a week, and for those of you not ready for the floor, we also offer chair yoga two days a week. Movement and flexibility add so much quality to our lives. Come give it a try!

We’re lucky to have a talented (and very patient!) team of volunteers who love sharing their creativity and guiding us through fun, hands-on projects.
In July, we celebrated World Watercolor Month by creating our own still lifes and landscapes. It was a wonderful opportunity to slow down, get creative, and enjoy the process.
Join us for a craft class sometime! You might rekindle a talent you haven’t used in years, discover a new hobby, or simply enjoy an afternoon of creativity. One thing is guaranteed—you’ll have a good time!
