Anyone interested in having their picture placed on a banner and put on a light post on highway 59 in The Town of Loxley for Veterans day needs to submit the attached order form before September 30, 2021.

The banners are only for Veterans and the Veteran does not need to be a citizen of Loxley. You may submit your own picture and/or picture to honor some other Veteran.

The cost is 55.00 dollars and payable to the Town of Loxley.

Hey, Scuttlebutt Network, we can use your help in reuniting this Murphy High School Yearbook, class of 1950, with family members. The graduate was James Delano Rogers, who lived at Rt. 6, PO Box 187 in Mobile. He is listed as a Marine veteran who died on 7/7/51 and is buried in the National Cemetery on Virginia Street.
