Functional Approach
Your doctor’s plan for diabetes: more medication.
My plan: find out why your body stopped responding in the first place.
If you’re 40+, still can’t lose the weight no matter what you cut, and your A1C keeps climbing even though your dose keeps climbing too…you’re not broken. You’re being treated for a symptom, not a cause.
I’ve helped people drop their A1C without adding another pill; by fixing what’s actually driving the blood sugar, not just suppressing the number.
Tired of the fatigue. Tired of the cravings you can’t explain. Tired of being told “just eat less, move more” while nothing changes.
There’s a reason for all of it. And it’s fixable.
Carbs. Timing. Insulin. Repeat.
You’ve been doing math in your head since breakfast and calling it “just Tuesday.”
That exhaustion isn’t a discipline problem. It’s a system your body’s trying to survive.
We fix the root cause. No meds. No more math homework for life.

You don’t just have diabetes.
You do math with every meal.
You check your blood sugar in bathroom stalls.
You snap at people you love and don’t know why.
You lie awake at 3am running through worst-case scenarios that never show up on a lab report.
Here’s the truth: your A1C isn’t a life sentence. It’s a symptom. Fix what’s driving it and the number moves. The weight moves. The fear quiets down.
No medication required.
The version of you that isn’t tired, isn’t managing? Still in there.
DM “EDGE” and let’s bring them back.
“I know what to do… I just can’t seem to do it.”
If you’ve ever said that to yourself, this is for you.
Because knowing isn’t usually the problem.
You know you should eat better.
You know you should move your body.
You know you need to take care of yourself.
But then there’s...
Stress. Travel. Exhaustion. Work. Family. Life.
And suddenly, doing what you know becomes a whole lot harder.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned through my own journey with sobriety is that lasting change is rarely built alone.
It takes support. Accountability. Honest decisions. And learning how to make the next right choice….even when life isn’t making it easy!
That’s exactly how we approach health and weight loss.
We’re not here to shame you for struggling.
We’re here to help you build something that can actually survive real life.
Because another impossible plan isn’t the answer.
A better path is.
If you’re tired of feeling stuck between “I know what to do” and actually doing it….you don’t need more guilt.
You need the right support.

Weight alone doesn’t tell the whole story!
If your on a weight loss journey, in addition to weight, learn what your bodyfat% is. Especially as you get closer to a healthy weight, body fat % is more important. And especially for females as we age, we need to ensure we maintain enough muscle mass. And, don’t compare your scale at home to one elsewhere.
Take pictures
Pay attention to how clothes fit
Take measurements
So many ways to track progress, don’t get too caught up in just weight.

I don't guess with your health. I ask questions until I understand what's actually going on! then we fix the root cause, not the symptom.
Some of my clients have been with me for years. Not because they're stuck. Because we keep building.
I show up every week. I check in. I catch the plateau before you even notice it.
This isn't a program you finish and forget. It's a relationship that gets you your life back.
DM EDGE….I’ll show you what that looks like. Let’s get that discovery call booked
What if losing weight didn't have to feel like suffering? 👀
We were taught weight loss means:
❌ Tiny portions
❌ Constant hunger
❌ Cutting out foods you love
❌ Surviving on chicken and vegetables
❌ Miserable until you hit the goal
Here's the problem.
If you can't sustain it, it's not a solution.
Stop obsessing over how little you can eat.
Start thinking about how much of the RIGHT foods you can eat.
Prioritize protein and fiber.
Choose foods with more volume.
Build meals that actually fill you up.
Give your body what it needs.
You'll be surprised how much food you can eat while still making progress. 🙌
Successful weight loss isn't about how much suffering you can tolerate.
It's about learning how YOUR body actually works and building a strategy you can keep.
Never hungry. Never deprived. Sustainable.
That's how you stop dieting over and over and start keeping the results.🔥

Before we built 7 Point Nutrition, we were selling weight loss pills.
We owned supplement stores. Day after day, we noticed something.
The same customers kept coming back.
They'd buy the fat burners. Try the weight loss supplements. Get a little success…
Then end up right back where they started.
We realized: this isn't solving the real problem.
So we became coaches.
We started teaching nutrition. Meal plans. Macros. What to eat, how much.
And it worked… until it didn't.
Because people were doing everything we told them to do and still weren't getting the results they should've been getting.
That forced us to look deeper.
Successful, sustainable weight loss isn't about finding the right pill.
It's not always "eat less, move more." It's not just hitting the perfect macros.
There are multiple pieces that determine whether your body responds. Miss even one of them, and it might be the exact thing keeping you stuck.
That's what led us to build the 7 Point Nutrition approach.
Because sometimes the answer isn't to try harder.
It's finally figuring out what you've been missing.
You're not broken. You just haven't found your missing piece yet.
We've helped over 3,000 people just like you find theirs
