Rodz Dance Studio

Established in November 2013. Mrs. Rod graduated from Texas Woman's University in 1991 with a BA in Dance and is a Texas Certified Dance Instructor.

We offer formal instruction in ballet, jazz, tap, acro-dance, pointe, and hip-hop classes for children 3 years old and up, as well as apparel and shoes for dance classes. She has been the Del Rio High School Fine Arts Dance teacher for 23 years, and the founder/director of the Del Rio High School Dance Company since 1999.

We’re excited to announce that this year we decided to start a competition program at Rodz Dance Studio! We hand selected 6 intermediate age girls and 4 junior age girls to take to a competition this past weekend in San Antonio as a trial run before we launch our program this summer. Both teams did extremely well and won various top awards. We also had 2 soloists place in their age division. We are excited to bring this opportunity to Del Rio and will be holding open auditions for various age groups this summer! Follow us on Facebook or Instagram to find out when auditions will be!

The Firehouse office will be open 10-1 tomorrow for ticket sales.
After that you can get tickets at the door with cash, beginning thirty minutes before each performance.
