💙BLUE ROOM - Older 4 year olds (DOB in September, October, November, December, January, February or March)
Monday - Thursday
8:30am - 2:00pm

Older 3 year olds (DOB in September and October)

Documents Needed:
(ALL Documents are required to be turned in at time of enrollment)
*Copy of Birth Certificate
*Copy of Immunization Record
*Bank Account Confirmation (Ex. Voided Check, Copy of Screenshot from Mobile App that displays Name on Account, Bank Account Number and Routing Number....NO handwritten copies will be accepted)
*Enrollment Fee (Cash or Check only - NonRefundable) for Red, Yellow and Green is $160.00
*Enrollment Fee (Cash or Check only - NonRefundable) for Blue and Purple is $185.00.

Soon, we will be having Open Enrollment for NEW Students who would like to register for the Methodist Day School for the 2026-2027 School Year.
*Registration will take place on Friday, April 10th from 9am-11am. Class availability will vary and will be filled on a "First Come, First Serve" basis. (Exact number of openings per classroom will be posted ONE Week prior to registration.)
Due to space limitations, we are asking for only one person to come to Registration and no children will be allowed (unless in a car seat).

Please bring a copy of your child's:
-Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and Documentation of Checking and Routing Number. (Bring copies of required items)
-Enrollment Fee
