Welcome to Stairwell Sundays…a new little series where I’m parking it on these steps once a week to talk through whatever’s on my mind. No script, no filter, just me and maybe a coffee.

Kicking it off with a confession: y’all think I’m organized. I promise you I am NOT. 😅 Behind every “put together” reel is a girl who reschedules her own to do list, forgets where she put her keys mid sentence, and has seventeen browser tabs open right now. What actually happens is I care a lot about the things I commit to. That’s not the same as having it all figured out. There’s a difference between organized and intentional, and I’m learning to give myself credit for the second one.

Sometimes all it takes is coffee and a plate of brownies.

One of my favorite things about living in a small town is knowing so many familiar faces. But somewhere along the way, those familiar faces became quick waves from the car instead of real conversations.

This year, I’ve been trying to be more intentional with my time and the people who make this community feel like home. So I invited a few neighbors over for a simple Neighbor Hour.

No fancy decorations. No perfect tablescape. Just fresh coffee, fudgy brownies made with Brownie Mix, and time to sit, laugh, and catch up.

Here’s your reminder that community doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes the sweetest memories start with a simple invitation.

A new espresso machine deserves a fresh new home, so it’s officially time to give my coffee bar the makeover it’s been begging for.

Over the next few days, I’m transforming this little corner of my kitchen into a space that’s equal parts beautiful and functional. Think boutique hotel coffee station meets everyday convenience.
