✨ Sustainable Travel Spotlight: Rwanda
Our upcoming Rwanda Experience for Educators (March 7–14, 2026) is designed with sustainability at its core.
Rwanda is one of Africa’s cleanest and greenest countries. For example, plastic bags have been banned since 2008, and the capital, Kigali, is known for its community clean-up days called Umuganda.
We’ll come home not just with memories, but with lessons on how intentional travel can shape a better future.

📚✈️ Calling All Title I Educators: Teach History with Deeper Purpose—In Rwanda 🇷🇼
Are you a history teacher committed to helping students see themselves and the world through a fuller, more truthful lens? Especially those working in Title I schools, where students deserve access to powerful, transformative learning?
The Rwanda Experience for Educators is more than a trip—it’s a professional development journey rooted in equity, empathy, and excellence. This program was designed by educators, for educators, and it aligns with what we need most: meaningful PD that doesn’t just check a box, but strengthens our ability to engage, empower, and inspire.

Our Purpose
The PrOOF Project was started as an effort to afford Black children in disenfranchised communities the exposure and opportunities needed to produce generational success. Children in these communities have been often devalued and led to question their place in a society that continuously tells them that they do not measure up. As a result, there is a generational loss of hope that holds these children, our children, back from tapping into their genius and reaching their full potential.
