**CLARIFICATION: Students participating in summer school will be served first. Meals will be offered to the community as long as supplies are still available.**

FREE SUMMER MEALS FOR KIDS AND TEENS: Decatur City Schools is proud to host the Summer Meal Program! Free healthy meals are available to any child 18 years old and younger living in Decatur and Morgan County. No registration or sign-ups are required.

Please review the program dates, service times, and participating school locations below:

📅 Dates: June 1 – June 25, 2026
📅 Days: Monday through Thursday

⏰ Daily Meal Times:
Breakfast: 7:40 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Meals are available at the following school locations:
Austin Junior High School - Decatur City Schools
Austinville Elementary School-Decatur, Alabama
Chestnut Grove Elementary-Decatur, Al
Decatur High School- Decatur, Al
Frances Nungester Elementary School - Decatur, AL.
Leon Sheffield Magnet School- Decatur, Alabama
Banks-Caddell Elementary School - Decatur, Alabama
Oak Park Elementary School-Decatur, Alabama
Walter Jackson Elementary, Decatur, Al
West Decatur Elementary School-Decatur, Al
Benjamin Davis Elementary-Decatur, Al
Woodmeade Elementary - Decatur, Alabama

Important Program Guidelines:
Dine-In Only: All meals must be eaten on-site.
Child Presence: The child must be physically present at the site to receive a meal.
