Today, the DPA Bulldog Family pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the families, first responders, and communities forever impacted.
In the state of our country, moments like this remind us of the strength that comes from standing together, supporting one another, and looking out for our community.
As Bulldogs, we know what it means to stand strong together. Today, we remember, we honor, and we continue to choose unity, compassion, and strength.

Today, we celebrate our very own Special Assistant for Special Projects, Ms. Angela Rodgers, on being named a 2026 Grassroots Giant by Freedom to Choose Schools (FTCS)!
Last school year, DPA had the privilege of joining FTCS on a trip to the Georgia State Capitol, where we advocated for stronger charter schools, greater access to educational resources and funding, and opportunities that help charter school students thrive.
Ms. Rodgers continues to be a powerful advocate for our school community and for the future of education.
Well deserved, Ms. Rodgers! Congratulations on this incredible honor! 👏🏾🐾

A special thank you to all of the parents who took time out of their day to join us for our first-ever Principal, Coffee & Conversation with Principal Malcolm Brown!
Parents had the opportunity to connect, share concerns, discuss expectations, ask questions, and have meaningful conversations about how we can continue working together to support our scholars and strengthen our school community.
This is just the beginning! The first of many Principal, Coffee & Conversations are already on the calendar. You don’t want to miss the next one!

Thank you to all of our elementary families who joined us for Elementary Curriculum Night this past Thursday, August 27th! We appreciate your partnership and commitment to your scholar’s success.
