The official release of the AC and AGR Senior and Junior Enlisted By-Name Promotion Lists for October 2025 are now available. Congratulations on your promotion!

What do you do when your eval has been signed by everyone in your rating chain, but your senior rater left the Army without submitting it? Don't stress! There's still a way forward. The proper procedure is to have the eval printed out by the senior rater (if they're still reachable), the senior rater's delegate, or the rater, and mailed in. Check Appendix F in AR 623-3 for the mailing address.
