🎶 MARY GAUTHIER w/ SPECIAL GUEST JAIMEE HARRIS — TWO NIGHTS AT EDDIE'S ATTIC 🎶
Two of American folk music's most honest voices, two nights in Decatur to start the new year.
Mary Gauthier is a Grammy-nominated songwriter whose confessional songs, "I Drink," "Mercy Now," and "Drag Queens in Limousines," have earned her a reputation as one of the most clear-eyed and compassionate writers working today. Her new album Reckoning, produced with Springsteen's Nebraska as a sonic template and featuring collaborations with Vince Gill and Lori McKenna, presents nine songs as directly as possible... her voice, her guitar, and the long view of someone who's seen and lived too much of it. 37 years sober and still sprinting toward what matters.
Joining her is Jaimee Harris, a Texas-born singer-songwriter whose album Boomerang Town is a stunning, ambitious exploration of family, addiction, grief, and the fragile ties that bind us together. The two co-wrote together and share a rare emotional honesty that makes this pairing genuinely special.

Two shows. One birthday. All Southern Soul.
Georgia-born singer-songwriter Gareth Asher is celebrating his birthday right here at Eddie's Attic tomorrow night, and you're invited. Holly Firfer of 92.9 Dave FM said it best: "Gareth has the most soulful voice I have ever heard. The first time I heard his music I just had to stop and take it in." His voice draws comparisons to Jeff Buckley, Ray LaMontagne, and Cat Stevens, and he's shared stages with Collective Soul, Sister Hazel, 3 Doors Down, and Shawn Mullins over a career that spans more than two decades.
Tomorrow he's bringing that passion, those lyrics, and that voice home for a birthday reunion in one of his favorite rooms. Two shows, one night, all celebration.
