Emma had a wonderful time teaching a leaf printing class at the Forsyth Library today as part of their "Plant a Seed...Read" program!
Students learned how to use gelli plates to create colorful prints using leaves, exploring the patterns, textures, and beauty found in nature. It was so much fun seeing their creativity come to life through each unique print!
Thank you to the Forsyth Public Library for inviting us to bring art programming to Forsyth. We had a blast sharing this project with such an enthusiastic group of young artists!
The Gallery will be open today from 10-2!

On Saturday, the studio was full of laughter and energy as artist Jim Powell instructed the participants in a birch tree painting.
Jim was a wonderful teacher, and participants left the class with new painting techniques, a deeper understanding of how different brushes affect their work, and a lovely piece to hang in their homes!
Thank you, James Powell, for coming over to teach a class!
