ATTENTION GIFT CARD HOLDERS!! PLEASE SHARE!!

Our POS (cash register) contract is up 8/22/26. I am using a different POS system in the new building. I called our current POS company this week to see if I could extend with them until we move. They said if I use their system after 8/22 the contract will renew for 12 months. So I will be forced to start the new POS system in just a few weeks. Here's the problem - the current POS company will not give me a gift card report without paying them several thousand dollars. I was on the phone with 4 different departments for about 3 hours. I can continue to fight this but once we switch to the new system, I will have no way to know what a balance is on a gift card after we switch to the new system. I urge you to use your gift cards now. If you don't want to use them now, please come in so we can swipe it to verify your balance. We can not do this over the phone because we have to have the physical card in hand. Thank you for your help!
