A place to share ideas for summer reading and find out the latest about iREAD products and services.
The Illinois Reading Enrichment and Development (iREAD) program is a coordinated, self-supporting effort to develop and provide high-quality, low-cost resources and products to enable local library staff to promote reading. The program’s audience is kindergarten through grade eight, but may provide supplemental materials for preschoolers, teens, and adults.

We are very sad to miss one of our favorite conferences this year (Association of Rural and Small Libraries) - as the timing of the conference conflicts with the iREAD team working on launching the 2027 theme and store.
