This morning we came together as a community of breath to support kids in need here in Butler. It was a powerful 90 + minute practice flowing through 108 Sun Salutation variations as other studios in our country and Canada did the same. We come to our mats as the peaceful warriors to always be up to something much bigger than ourselves. Thank you to all who came and donated. We filled two giant bins with food and raised $150 in addition to go to The Kids Weekend Backpack Program. #yoga #poweryoga #yogaonmain #butlerpa #communitysupport
