Our on-site staff have just reported that power is back on! This does mean that we'll be able to take phone calls and answer emails tomorrow. We thank everyone for your understanding during these crazy circumstances.

We're still without power, but our generator is working hard to provide us with heat and limited power.
We still have no internet or phone use available to us, so unfortunately emails or phone calls will not be answered until we have power and internet back up.

The best way to contact us will be to visit our website, select "Customer Login", then the "Contact Facility" button. This will send a message to us through our booking system and our manager can respond back through their cellphone.

We thank everyone for their understanding and patience while we all navigate the after effects of this storm. We'll provide more updates as they happen, especially if power comes back on!

After the storm last night we did lose power, but our generator is up, running, and the pups do have heat. However we do not have phone or internet connections at this time so we are unable to respond to any emails or phone calls. Please rest assured that we are doing everything to ensure the health and safety of all pets currently in our care.

A reminder to our customers: due to the size of our lobby we can only allow 1 pet family inside at a time. This does mean if someone is already being helped, you will have to wait. Each and every one of you deserves your own individual attention as does your pet. We need to complete the transaction and get all the information that we need before moving on to the next client. It is of the utmost importance that we do this to insure the best care of your pets. Thank you for continued support, understanding, and of course, patience.

As a reminder they are fully refundable up to 5 days prior to your check-in date and it will be applied to the total at the time of checkout.

After a heavy burst of fireworks from about 9:45-10:45pm, and more frequent walks of the kennels by staff, all dogs are doing good and finally settling in for the night as fireworks die down to a near stop.

Fireworks have been quiet all day, but we've had a couple big booms recently. Our holiday overnight staff will be walking the kennels regularly to ensure everyone is handing the noise well. We also have the radio turned up to help drown out the commotion.

🌟 Here to remind everybody with the warmer weather and the vaccination rates going up, the vacation rates are also skyrocketing! Get your reservation for 4th of July in as soon as you know your dates!
There's NO cancellation penalty, just let us know if your plans change!
With that said, we are NOT accepting any deposits for the 4th of July holiday, however the holiday rate will still apply.

Well personally, I LOVE to meet puppies and kittens and then see them again and again as they grow up into fine outstanding gentlemen like Cosmo! He is still such the baaaby ❤️❤️❤️
