Living rooms with high ceilings and large walls are dreamy, but they can also feel overwhelming. Add a little decision fatigue, and suddenly years pass while you keep telling yourself you'll figure it out someday.

Project goal: Add a custom fireplace and elevate the space for entertaining.

The combination of finishes add warmth and sophistication while creating a sense of calm. The scale is grand and makes a statement the moment you walk through the front door.

Here, the balusters and sculptural fixture do all the talking, with just a peek into the loft office we carved out above.

We worked around the main pieces and wove in vibrant colors and personality.

Wallcovering accent walls to reflect the color theme each girl wanted, new rugs, updated art, lighting, drapery, and layers of pinks and purples that feel fun now but won’t be outgrown next year.

A few intentional changes can shift the whole feel without starting from scratch.

There have been a lot of long days, late nights, and car seats full of fabric samples over the years.

There was a season that looked like floor plans in one hand and baby in the other, but the goal has always been the same: create homes that feel warm, polished, and easy to live in.

This refresh was all about honoring what was already there. We kept the existing moldings and let the bright white walls lead the way.

From chaos to calm, this master bath truly became a labor of love.

It started out as an outdated and disconnected master bath that was lacking a tub, linen storage, and a comfortable place to get ready.

With some thoughtful planning, we layered in a freestanding tub, a makeup vanity where my client could place her feet on the floor, added a built-in linen closet, and created a color story that would flow off the master bedroom effortlessly.
