🏡 Alhamdulillah! Two More Houses of Allah Have Opened Their Doors.

This month on a blessed day of Jumu'ah, BASMAH officially inaugurated two new masjids in Haluaghat, Mymensingh and Kalmakanda, Netrokona. Hundreds of worshippers gathered to witness this beautiful milestone, filling these Houses of Allah with prayer from the very first day.

For us, a masjid is more than a place to pray. It is a center for Islamic learning, community unity, and spiritual growth—a place where the Qur'an and Sunnah are taught, families are strengthened, and future generations are nurtured upon faith.

Each BASMAH masjid also provides dignified housing and support for the imam, empowering them to serve their communities and continue the mission of spreading beneficial knowledge.

Every masjid built is a Sadaqah Jariyah—a continuous charity that benefits generations to come.

We Are Hiring! Multiple Positions Open at BASMAH

BASMAH is expanding our team! We're looking for passionate, skilled individuals to join us at our Dhaka HQ (Sonargaon, Narayanganj) and Cox's Bazar HQ.

1️⃣ Assistant Media Officer

Responsibilities:
▪️ Plan and coordinate photo/video documentation of our projects
▪️ Create videos, reels, posts, and other content for social media
▪️ Handle video editing, graphic design, and visual content production
▪️ Provide media coverage for events, campaigns, and field visits
▪️ Follow our branding and media guidelines in all work

Requirements:
▪️ Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator) software
▪️ Experience in video storytelling and social media content creation
▪️ Strong written and verbal communication in Bangla and English
▪️ Punctual, responsible, and a strong team player

2️⃣ Donor Communications Officer (Orphan Care)

Responsibilities:
▪️ Prepare professional emails, reports, newsletters, and impact updates for donors
▪️ Maintain regular communication with donors, sharing project photos and video updates
▪️ Prepare appeals, presentations, and communication materials for campaigns
▪️ Keep the donor database updated and coordinate communication activities
▪️ Manage all official communications in line with our brand and communication standards

Requirements:
▪️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
▪️ Experience writing reports, emails, and professional documents is a plus
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email marketing tools, and Google Workspace

Prior experience in the humanitarian/development sector is a plus.
