➡️ Working up to a 540lbs for a heavy March.
➡️ Getting in some upper body work to help put on some size
➡️Pulling the weight back and getting in some proper sprints to finish off!

🏋️‍♀️ Looking to get some big work in when we have him down in Florida.

🛷 This was his first big prowler session and we managed to work up to 12plates (540lbs) on medium turf.

✅ This is a prime example of intent with ball slams.

🚨 Too often I see people working ballistic movements with crazy heavy balls. is using an 8lb ball and putting in the work like a champ. If he is using 8lbs at ~220lb bodyweight, I guarantee You shouldn’t be using a 20lb ball.

🚨 Visa renewed - TSA didn’t detain me - ICE hasn’t taken me away…. Yet - And we are back to work!

Didn’t get the whole session on video because I can’t be bothered. But, this session had a lot of movement prep and finished with some good landmine work, deep push ups and other accessories.

For the next month or so (especially with all the Achilles tears in the NBA) we are working on a strong back step to prepare them for load as much as possible.

Stop chasing numbers—start chasing intent. 🎯🏋️‍♂️

Lifting heavier, running faster, or jumping higher means nothing if the movement isn’t controlled, explosive, and purposeful. Numbers on the bar are just a tool—how you move them is what really matters.

💡Focus on speed, intent, and ex*****on over just stacking weight. That’s where real performance gains happen. 🔥

💡If you’re not using the data to adjust training, you’re wasting their time and energy. Every test should have a purpose—whether it’s guiding programming, tracking progress, or preventing injuries. If the results don’t change how you train, why are you testing? 🤔
