This contest season puts Coach NEIL HILL OFFICIAL and I at 9 years working together! Crazy how time flies.
I can still remember drinking my pre workout and watching YouTube videos and Coach Hill & Flex Lewis™ train top hype me up before I would go train myself.
Fast forward to meeting Flex in 2016, we stayed in touch and then eventually Flex put me in contact with Coach and we began working together in March of 2018. Many memories made, many more to come!

The doors are opening for the first time.
This Saturday, September 5th, we’re welcoming you into Iron Lore Edmonton for our first-ever viewing.
Over the last six months, you’ve watched this space go from completely empty to what you see today. There’s still work being done and finishing touches being added, but we’re finally ready to let you walk through the doors and see everything we’ve been building.
Come check out the facility, walk through the equipment, explore the space, ask us questions, and get your first look at what will soon be your new home.
And from 2:00–4:00 PM, DJ Jade Tang will be joining us to keep the energy high.
This has been a long time coming. We can’t wait to finally share it with you.
