A reminder to join our Co-Founder & COO, John Puls, for an upcoming virtual CE presentation in partnership with the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors.
This important training will provide healthcare and behavioral health professionals with a deeper understanding of the growing use of ketamine, kava, and kratom — including current trends, therapeutic implications, clinical risks, legal considerations, and intervention strategies. Attendees will also explore evidence-based approaches to screening, assessment, and treatment as these substances continue to impact the mental health and recovery landscape.
We’re proud to support conversations that advance knowledge, clinical awareness, and better outcomes in behavioral healthcare.

This Men’s Mental Health Month, we want every man to remember this: Even in your darkest moments, your light still exists.
Too often, men are taught to stay silent, carry the weight alone, and push through pain without support. But true strength is found in honesty, healing, connection, and the courage to seek help when needed.
This month, we encourage men everywhere to check in with themselves, check in with each other, and continue finding their light one step at a time.
We’re here.

This afternoon, we had the privilege of engaging in meaningful and much-needed conversations surrounding adolescent mental health and the many challenges impacting young people today.
A special thank you to the Family Therapy Group of Weston for welcoming Co-Founder, John Puls and Case Manager, TD Young into such an important discussion.
Today’s adolescents are navigating a world that most adults aren’t even aware of. It’s untraditionally overwhelming, overstimulating, and emotionally demanding in ways we’ve never seen.
Our youth do not just need to be listened to— they need to feel understood. Learn their interests. Understand their language, humor, culture, and the ways they feel loved and accepted. Meeting adolescents where they are can be the difference between feeling isolated and feeling supported. They need us now more than ever.
To the professionals in attendance, and those connected to this work— please continue to provide hope, guidance, advocacy, and healing young people and their families, each and every day. 💚
