There is something that happens when you meet your people in person that no Zoom call can replicate.
I just got back from our retreat and I am still feeling it. Meeting each of these women individually, looking them in the eye, sitting across from them at dinner, watching them step into something bigger than what they came in with. Follow up until they say no or they are no longer on this earth.

I mean that literally. The money is in the follow up and most women are leaving it on the table because they do not know what to say after the first message so they just never send the second one. That is not a lead problem. That is a script problem.

Have your text templates written out in advance. Not in your head. Written out, saved, and ready to copy and paste so that the only thing standing between you and the follow up is thirty seconds and a name swap. When you eliminate the friction of figuring out what to say you eliminate the excuse not to send it.
The follow up does not have to be complicated. It has to be consistent.

Your logo is not a business strategy.

The hours spent perfecting your color palette, scheduling the brand photoshoot, tweaking the font on your
Canva graphic for the fourth time this week, that is not building a business. That is avoiding one. And it is the most seductive kind of avoidance because it looks like work. It feels productive. It gives you something to show for your day that is not a sales conversation.

But here is the truth. An unpolished offer that is actually being sold will always outperform a beautiful brand that nobody is buying from.

Design does not close deals. Conversations close deals. Clarity closes deals. An offer that solves a real problem presented to a real person who actually needs it closes deals. None of that requires a perfect logo or a cohesive Instagram aesthetic or a brand photoshoot you have been planning for three months.

Get clear on what you are selling first. Build the offer second. Then and only then does the aesthetic matter because now you have something worth making beautiful.
