Nobody is sitting around waiting to judge your next post.

What was a mindset shift that changed your life?
When you have had to pull back on expenses because of a lack of finances.
This is what happened at our last retreat.
Women walked in carrying the weight of unfinished systems, inconsistent marketing, and a version of themselves they had been too afraid to fully bring into their business. And over the course of a few days something shifted.

If you need constant motivation to show up, entrepreneurship might not be your thing. And I mean that with full respect.
Because this is not a cute side project.
This is not a hobby you pick up when the mood strikes.
You are literally out here trying to run an entire company.
Generate your own income.
Create your own opportunities. Solve your own problems. Every single day with no boss, no guaranteed paycheck, and no one coming to save you if things go sideways.
Girl. The audacity it takes to choose this life.
If you need a hype video, a podcast episode, and three affirmations just to send a follow up email you are going to burn out fast. And here is the thing nobody talks about. Burnout does not always come from working too hard. Sometimes it comes from constantly having to convince yourself to care. That kind of exhaustion runs deeper than tired.
Entrepreneurship requires discipline when you are not inspired. It requires action when nobody is clapping. It requires you to show up on a Tuesday when everything is flat and nothing is working and you do it anyway because you decided this was the path and you are not a quitter.
It is okay if this is not for everyone. It is not supposed to be.

Nobody warned her that she was going to leave with nine new sisters.
She came for the business strategy. She came for the implementation and the frameworks and the clarity. And she got all of that.
