Exciting news! Join me for another Tumbling Techniques Workshop at GymFit Dutchtown this weekend! Here are the details:

📍 **Location:** GymFit Dutchtown
👥 **Age Range:** 5 years and older
📅 Feb. 24th & 25th
🎟️ **Availability:** Limited to 12 spots for each part

**Workshop Parts:**
1. Part 1: Participants must have proficiency in back/forward rolls and handstands.
2. Part 2: Requires proficiency in cartwheels and some experience with handstand to back bends.

**Additional Information:**
- Parents are not required to stay.
- Don't forget to pack a lunch/snack if attending both parts, as there will be a 30-minute break.

Meet Heather Roberts, a vibrant presence at GymFit. Former Live Oak High School cheerleader with 7 years of experience, Heather holds a dental hygiene degree from LSU Dental. In her leadership role, she actively teaches classes, oversees the aftercare program, and is hands-on for all kids camps. Beyond her professional pursuits, Heather is happily married and dedicated to GymFit's values, driven by her genuine passion for working with kids, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
