At Beyond Gymnastics, we strive to provide children with special needs the opportunity to participate in a gymnastics program which is designed specifically for each student based on their individual abilities and limitations. We intend to go beyond teaching gymnastics by integrating gross motor development, sensory stimulation, and social interaction among all students while allowing them to play and learn in a safe environment.

💙 Beyond Gymnastics is looking for a few more volunteers for our Summer Camp Buddy Program this summer! ☀️
Our Buddy Program provides extra 1:1 support for campers with special needs so they can successfully participate in all the fun camp activities alongside their peers.
We are looking for kind, patient, energetic high school or college students (age 16+) who enjoy working with kids and want to make a meaningful impact this summer!
Volunteer buddies assist campers throughout the day during:
• Gymnastics
• Games & obstacle courses
• Crafts & sensory activities
• Lunch & play time
• Group activities and transitions
This is an amazing opportunity for students interested in:
✨ Education or Special Education
✨ Occupational or Physical Therapy
✨ Psychology or Speech Therapy
✨ Coaching, childcare, or pediatric healthcare
✨ Or anyone who simply loves kids!
Camp Weeks Available:
• June 8th - June 12th
• June 22nd - June 26th
• July 6th - July 10th
• July 20th - July 24th
• 8:30am - 2:30pm each day
Service hours available, and volunteers are welcome to sign up with friends. 💙
