Nandini and I met at a women's event several years ago. We instantly connected, and I quickly discovered that she is not only gentle-hearted and soft-spoken, but also a generous donor for the causes we support.

Our conversations go beyond the ordinary. We share a sisterly bond and discuss topics that truly matter.

Even in times of pain, we never cease to do good. Nandini possesses qualities that go beyond what is expected of a normal human being.

We all have a purpose, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Nandini for everything she does.

Love,

Dear Green and Beyond sevaks,

We would like to express our gratitude to Nandamuri and for their incredible support in helping two low-income families today.

Their generous contribution included providing nearly two months' worth of groceries.

We would like to give a special thanks to Jyothi for personally delivering the groceries to each home. And a big shoutout to Priya for going above and beyond by ordering pizza 🍕 for the kids, who were absolutely ecstatic and jumping with joy.

We are truly touched by their kindness and dedication.

As the are skyrocketing, it's incredibly difficult for low-income families to afford fresh produce and feed their families.

At , we have made it our mission to collect fresh produce and distribute it to those in need.

We understand that some individuals don't even have access to transportation to reach our distribution locations. That's why our dedicated volunteers go directly to where they live and ensure that they receive the fresh produce they need.

A heartfelt goes out to all our incredible volunteers and generous providers for making this possible.

It was truly a beautiful day! Many thanks to Maanya for spearheading this wonderful project.

Special thanks to Kavita, Anvitha, Lakshmi, and our exceptional leaders, Griselda and Paula, for their coordination.

Thank you to all community members for contributing towards this initiative.

Seeing those joyful faces filled our hearts with happiness ❤️

Our hearts and prayers are with Loudoun County Fire and Rescue, their families, and all those impacted by yesterday's tragedy.

The fallen firefighter from last night’s home explosion in Sterling has been identified as Firefighter Trevor Brown, 45, of the Sterling Volunteer Fire Company. He has been affiliated with the Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System since 2016. Please keep Firefighter Brown’s family, friends, and colleagues in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time, and we ask that the family’s privacy be respected.

As a result of last night’s incident, emergency medical services personnel from Loudoun and Fairfax Counties identified 13 patients in addition to the fatally injured Firefighter Brown. This includes 11 first responders and two civilians with varying degree of injuries. Of the injured first responders, four remain hospitalized at local area hospitals. The Loudoun County Fire and Rescue Fire Marshal’s Office continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident and additional information will be released as available.
