Keynote from our 10 Year Anniversary...

The Top 5 Things I've Learned in the Last 10 Years to Help You Feel 20 Years Younger.

Number 1: KEEP MOVING!

Consistency is key, and doing what you enjoy is helpful to improve consistency.

It doesn't have to be fancy.

And it doesn't have to be perfect every time.

The people that I work with that are crushing it, walk when they can't run, lift when they can't walk, stretch when they can't lift, and get outside often.

If you are struggling to keep moving because of something holding you back and you're frustrated by a lack of answers or progress, let's start with a phone conversation or a complimentary visit.

DM us "Move" to get started on your journey to feeling 20 years younger!

Golfers with back pain...

It won't just go away on its own.

Alcohol and ibuprofen are temporary.

And you likely have something physical that's happening that's causing your swing "fault" or you just straight up aren't aware of what you don't know.

Our gentlemen today went from painful 7 iron swing to pain free because we assessed him.

Both images are taken from video at the top of his takeaway...

Image 1: limited trail hip rotation, limited hip loading and significant sway (all leading to difficulty rotating, flying elbow, and ultimately frustrating pain)

Image 2: gave him the cue that "you'd have to be there to hear it", improved hip rotation, improved pelvic rotation, less sway, significant shoulder turn and less flying elbow. Most importantly: no back pain. 2nd most important: significant power gains.

Now we'll continue to add in the physical requirements to help make this change stick and automatic.

Golfing this season and back pain already got you out of your game? DM us "assess" and we'll get you signed up for one of our 3 Motus RX Golf Screens available next month for free!

🌟 Real Players. Real Movement. Real Support.

Many pickleball players notice that repetitive overhead movement, serving, and quick reactions can gradually contribute to elbow and shoulder limitations over time.

Curious whether movement-focused strategies could help support confidence on the court?

The greatest paradox of life: the simplest of things make the biggest impact.

I remember how amazing it was to "have a catch" by the lake with my Dad or my brother. It's just pitch and catch but it means more than that. It creates imagination and wonder and what if.

Now imagine what it means to see your son do the same with grandpa.

It's simple but it means everything.

Generations together at the lake.

And now take that all the way back to the fact that without health and longevity, none of it would be possible.

Does my Dad have the arm of Jacob Misiorowski? No, but he's in the arena with my son and were so greatful for that.

What about you? Do you want to create memories and be able to say yes to life's simple but greatest opportunities?

That's what Motus was created for...not just pain relief, but for life. To move confidently and feel young. No matter what number the calendar says it is.

Have something that's pulled you out of your ideal identity? The active, youthful, you?

DM us "catch" and we'll start a conversation about whats going on and how we might possibly be able to help you...
