We are so excited to share that Connected Core Physical Therapy has officially moved into our new space!

(Our front door is on the South East corner of the building. We are waiting on our permanent sign but the suite is clearly labeled.)

This has been a 20 year dream in the making, and it feels really special to watch it come to life. A space created for connection, healing, movement, and the women and families we’re so honored to support.

Preparing for birth isn’t just about knowing what to expect. It’s about understanding your body, building confidence, and learning to listen to the wisdom that’s already within you.

Our **Birth Well Workshop** is a 2–3 hour experience designed to help you **learn, feel, and embody** what your body needs for birth — blending education, movement, breath, biomechanics, and hands-on practices.
