This is the same sort of model that we developed when we started Fit MOM 11 years ago. Even though we’re closing our doors, we’re thrilled there is an opportunity again for moms to connect and work out together like we had for years!

So, we highly recommend checking it out if you have babies or toddlers, need a fitness outlet, want to be outside with your kids (perfect for getting them tired for naps later!), and have a desire to make lifelong friends! 😀

“Hi! I’m Saleena Bianchi. I’m a stay at home mom to a beautiful little girl, army wife to my best friend, and now owner & instructor of iStroll Green Bay. Before becoming a stay at home mom I worked as an PCU/ICU RN and a Trauma RN.

My love for iStroll began at 3 months PP while we were living in Fort Hood, Texas. I was suffering from severe PPD&PPA, since then iStroll has been my families village!

My goal for iStroll Green Bay is to create a safe place for moms and their kiddos to come too. May that be to workout, find friends, find a community, or simply to get out of the house.
I look forward in growing this passion of mine and being able to help other moms, as iStroll did for my family and I!”

We have lots of merch items leftover!! Tons of tanks of all sizes, select size long sleeves and sweatshirts, and kids shirts. FREE - just need to pick up in Appleton. You will get a pilates ball (or 10 - We have tons) with every pick up. Or just come over, give me a hug, and you can grab as many as you want! ❤️

After many conversations and tears, we now know the time has come. We have officially decided to close Fit Moms on the Move. As we close this chapter after 11 years, we want to thank you. 💖

We’ve spent years growing through motherhood together—supporting one another as our kids grew and as we did too.

This community—and the relationships we’ve seen built between you all, along with the ones we’ve been lucky to experience ourselves—has impacted our lives in unforgettable ways. Every sunny (and rainy) day, every hill run, workout session, playground date, toddler temper tantrum, and early-morning online class holds a memory we’ll carry with us always. And yes—most of those memories involve all of us in sweaty workout clothes… which made those rare kid-free events (where we actually wore real outfits and weren’t out of breath) feel even more special.

Thanks for being there - whether it was a one time class, a few summers, the online studio, or riding this thing out till the end with us - we couldn't be more grateful!

As we move forward, we’re excited to continue supporting moms through the Motherhood Alliance, where families can access holistic health, wellness, and family resources for every season of motherhood—far beyond what we could offer on our own as fitness trainers. We’d love for you to be part of what we’re building next!

As of 12/1/2025, all Fit MOM programs and courses will be taken offline and unavailable. Videos will be taken offline as of 12/5/2025.

Our website is still live and we have listed several pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood resources, programs, and opportunities for you to learn from and connect with. You are not alone in your motherhood journey.
