I simply need to be able to communicate order verifications, receipts, & other important information via email instead of voicemail, text or phone calls.

Please save "[email protected]" as Alo Health's email address. Any other former email address will not reach Alo Health as those addresses no longer exist. It is important that you save the email address & make sure it is not being sent to SPAM or Promotions files in your Inbox.

Please make sure your inbox is not full. If it is, I cannot respond to your email. Sometimes it takes a day or 2 before my response to you bounces back.

Can you still call to request refills? YES! Please leave a voicemail. I will send a text or email verification to confirm. Emails are preferred for refill requests as there is no chance of mishearing what you need. Please include: name of supplement, how many bottles, when you would like to pick it up or if you need it shipped regular or priority, & how you would like to pay for your order.

Please keep in mind that Alo Health's regular business hours are Monday through Thursday. Hours change (follow Alo Health on Socials or subscribe to the newsletter). Same day requests may not be available. If you need it shipped it may take a few days to ship out. USPS takes longer than usual lately.
