October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to promote awareness about the most common cancer affecting women worldwide.

Every year, millions of women and men are diagnosed with breast cancer, and many of them lose their lives to this disease. However, with early detection and treatment, the survival rate for breast cancer patients is increasing.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is an opportunity to educate people about the importance of early detection and regular checkups. Breast cancer doesn't discriminate, it can affect anyone regardless of age, gender, or ethnicity. That's why it's crucial to spread awareness and encourage everyone to take charge of their health.

During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we can show our support by wearing pink ribbons, participating in fundraising events, and sharing information about breast cancer prevention and treatment.

Together we can make a difference and save lives. Let's work towards a world where breast cancer is no longer a threat to anyone.

Join us this October in raising awareness about breast cancer and the importance of early detection.

Today is a bittersweet day for us at the Volunteer Centre. ❤

Our beloved manager of 18 years is leaving us to begin a new chapter in her life, and while we are excited for her, we will miss her dearly. It's hard to put into words just how much Jenny has meant to us over the years.

Her dedication to our cause and the countless hours she has spent helping our volunteers and organisations has not gone unnoticed.

We want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude for everything Jenny has done for us as an organisation. The Volunteer Centre would not be where it is today without her.

We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. You will always be a part of our family.
