The accused/applicant approached Adv Menchirel and me (Adv Shivani Jaiswal) to file Anticipatory Bail Application before High Court. I have succeeded in registering F I R U/s 120B, 341, 395, 166, 167 ,201 I PC against the Contractors of MIDC, Aurangabad and against investigation officer, Police Sub- Inspector for assaulting, looting MASS INDIA, CITY PRESIDENT AND R T I ACTIVIST, Mr.Satsangaraj Sonawane, Aurangabad, who filed R T I application for inspection of tree plantation where huge corruption unearthed and the Contractor and goons attacked the R T I Activist, Sonawane, upon private complaint, I have appeared and argued the matter and succeeded in getting an order to register F I R against culprits.
