We are URGENTLY in need of foster families who can open their homes and hearts to cats/kittens in need of a safe place to land, where they can be showered in love and affection, and where they can await adoption into loving Forever Homes!

MANY KITTENS & CATS NEED OUR HELP!

All foster kitties will come to you vet checked, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped (age dependent) and treated for (or in the process of completing) treatment for routine parasites,
Pride Rescue will provide for all vet care needs, and will provide food/litter & other care supplies upon request.

- Must be local to Hamilton area
- Must have own transportation
- Must have a safe and comfortable room where foster pets can be isolated away from other household pets prior to a slow introduction into your family if desired.

Meet Liam!
2 yrs Neutered/Male

A bit shy of 2 years old, Liam was a born and raised street cat, a feral living among a colony of cats in Hamilton's north end, where he didnt always know love and kindness. Very shy and timid at first, Liam needs a patient adult home that can allow him a little time to settle in at his own pace - he will hide, run away from you and be elusive for a little while, but given the time he needs to feel secure and safe in a setting and with new people, he opens up day by day into a beautiful companion. Very good with other cats, and looking for a home where there is at least one other cat he can befriend and bond with, as Liam becomes comfortable he begins to show a lovely nature... playful and fun, curious, silly and remarkably brave for a scaredy cat, he enjoys petting and brushing and has a loud and rumbling purr. Very spunky and playful, once comfortable, Liam loves to play with teaser toys and furry mice, and equally loves to romp and chase around with other cat friends with whom he bonds tightly and quickly. Liam is not a lap cat, but he's still so young and has lots of potential to become one as he forms trusting bonds with his new people provided he's allowed to settle in at his own pace and can choose how much affection and how close he becomes with his people in his own time. Having spent some time in foster care, Liam has opened up into a remarkably affectionate and loving young guy with a warm and sweet nature, he just needs a little time to come into himself so he can begin to truly thrive. While it may take Liam a little longer to adapt and settle in than it may a cat who was lucky enough to be born indoors, every moment spent with him is well worth the patience as he begins to open up and share more and more of himself with you. A gentle soul who just needs some time and patience, lots of gentleness and encouragement, this handsome guy is full of character, silly antics and fun, and promises to be truly grateful for all the kindness that is showered on him. Looking for a mature, adult only home with another cat he can become fast friends with, Liam will continue to blossom into an ever more wonderful cuddle kitty, with so much love to share.

Liam has been vet checked and fully vaccinated, he has been treated for routine parasites and has been neutered.

We wanted to send out a super big thank you to the nice person who sent 2 bags of this interesting corn based kitty litter for our family, no note was included so we don't know who that nice person was, but we are really very thankful for your kind help!
Me and my siblings are just over 4 weeks old, and our Momma is a great Momma, so we are learning fast, and we are doing a really good job of learning how to use our litter box already!
The donations of this kitty litter, that we still like to explore and play in, are really helping our nice foster Mom to keep our box clean for us, and that makes it easier for us to learn!

Thank you so much for helping my family to grow and thrive, we are really very glad we didn't get born outside, so that our Momma could raise us safely, and so we will have the chance to find Forever Homes and families to love once we are big enough!
