Did you know nearly half of nonprofit workers in Alberta have no workplace pension plan? The people who dedicate their careers to serving their communities often do so without the long-term financial security they deserve.
The Alberta Nonprofit Network - ABNN and Volunteer Alberta are working to change that. Our research shows strong demand for better retirement options, but individual organizations can't solve this alone. A sector-wide solution is needed, and Phase 2 of the Dignified Retirement Research Project is now underway.
