It’s not every day we get to Reggae, but it’s always a great day when we do. Thank you to everyone who made ReggaeFest 2026 unforgettable!

Our performers dazzled, our team of dedicated volunteers were exceptional in making everyone comfortable and the show was absolutely entertaining, and you were there to celebrate with us.
One of my favourite moments was looking out at the crowd and seeing everyone celebrating together. We saw seniors, minors, dreadlocks, rainbow flags and people of all walks of life grooving to the performances. One audience member said to me that of all the festivals that she attends each year, that ReggaeFest is her favourite. It is comments and scenes like these that remind me why we continue to present this festival.
It is the love that every one of us, from organizers to supporters and audience members, has for this festival. We’re not the biggest Reggae festival, but what we present and how we do it, makes us the subject of favourable conversations far and wide.

As we close the books on this year and begin plans for ReggaeFest 2027, I hope you will mark your calendar for August 27 and 28, 2027, and we look forward to seeing you then. Thank you once again for all the support and for helping spread the Reggae cheer across Calgary and beyond.
