💯 100 CLASSES FOR CHRIS! 💯
A huge congratulations to Chris on reaching her 100th class at F45 Point Cook! 👏🔥
Since joining us in October 2025, Chris has achieved an incredible milestone, losing around 3kg, building muscle, reducing body fat, and most importantly creating a consistent training habit that has become part of her lifestyle. 💪
Showing up 100 times takes confidence, commitment and determination. She’s proof that you don’t need to be the loudest person in the room to achieve amazing things. ❤️
Her favourite classes? It’s a bit of a love-hate relationship with our Saturday sessions 🤣 they might be the toughest, but they’re also the ones that leave her feeling the most accomplished!

🔥 BASE PHASE STARTS MONDAY 🔥
The next 4 weeks are all about building strong foundations, improving fitness and creating consistency that delivers results 💪💪🏼
From June 22 – July 19, we’re heading into Base Phase — a block designed to help you build strength, improve endurance and continue progressing week after week.
Expect a huge mix of sessions including:
🗼 Tokyo Disco – Full-body resistance with upper and lower body pods designed for progressive overload and muscle growth.
🌊 Pipeline – A surf-inspired hybrid session focused on balance, core activation and cardiovascular endurance.
⚡ Zeus – Choose your own path! At every station decide between upper or lower body resistance depending on your goals.
🦩 Athletica – One of F45’s most iconic cardio workouts, built around short bursts of high intensity effort to improve aerobic fitness.
🏁 The Piston – A balanced full-body strength session alternating upper and lower body movements while building total-body power.
✨ The Riddler – A 60-minute hybrid workout featuring cardio, resistance and core supersets across 18 stations.
🌴 Miami Nights – A high-energy hybrid session combining cardio, resistance and bodyweight training for the ultimate full-body challenge.
This phase is all about building your base, improving movement quality, increasing work capacity and setting yourself up for long-term success 🚀

💯 WELCOME TO THE 200 CLUB CHRIS! 💯
200 classes down and what a journey it’s been! Since joining us in early 2025, Chris has become one of the most consistent faces in the studio and a huge part of our community 👏
From strength gains and fitness improvements to building incredible habits, Chris continues to show up week after week and put in the work. And if there’s one thing we can always count on… it’s Chris being on time 😅 In fact, we’re not sure he’s ever been late to a class. A true F45 MVP! 🏆
His favourite sessions? Strength days, of course 👏🏼 Whether it’s lifting heavy, chasing PBs, or pushing through those final reps, you’ll always find Chris giving 100%.
And while we’re talking about consistency, we can’t forget to mention the freshest kicks in the studio 👟🔥 Every session Chris rolls in with a fresh pair of sneakers that somehow look cleaner than the day they came out of the box!

Full-body resistance training split into upper and lower body pods, focused on progressive overload and building strength.
🌊 TUESDAY – PIPELINE
A hybrid workout combining cardio, balance and core activation to improve endurance and athletic performance.
⚡ WEDNESDAY – ZEUS
Choose your own adventure! Select upper or lower body resistance at every station to tailor the workout to your goals.

🎉💥 200 CLASSES FOR SANTOSH! 💥🎉
A huge congratulations to Santosh on reaching an incredible 200 classes at F45 Point Cook! 🙌🔥
Since rejoining in 2024, Santosh has shown what consistency is all about. What started as a commitment to fitness has become a true lifestyle, with training now playing a huge role in his physical health, endurance, and overall wellbeing.
One of the things Santosh loves most about F45 is that all he has to do is show up and give 100% 💪 No worrying about what muscle group to train or whether to do cardio or weights—we take care of that! And while Thursday cardio classes might have him feeling hesitant beforehand, they’re still his favourite because of how amazing he feels afterwards! 😅🏃♂️
Outside the studio, Santosh is a self-confessed introvert, but his face lights up when he’s watching his beloved cats 🐱 or training alongside his son, who has recently developed a passion for fitness and bodybuilding.
Thank you for being such a valued part of our community, Santosh. Your dedication, positivity, and commitment to showing up for yourself week after week is inspiring. Here’s to the next 200 classes!
