Friday morning meet up with Rebecca Carter- Added weights to the excitement of pedalling for over an hour for a Friday session again! I made it to 45km today 👏💪. And Beck pushed past the usual hour 👏🤪 🏆
Had fun this morning doing indoor ride with Beck and doing a 10min Hill climb. Getting stronger (6 weeks post op)
Had fun this morning doing 1 hour indoor bike ride and Hill climbs for a full 10mins with Beck - getting Stronger 💪 5weeks almost 6 weeks post op.

My son asked me to do a PE session with him today 😊He loved it so much he wants to do it everyday 👏💪 we did 8 exercises 3 rounds 40 seconds work - 20 seconds rest. ( mostly body weight)
