“Before the long weekend starts…”
“You do NOT need to ‘blow out’ to enjoy yourself.”
A reminder before the long weekend begins…
You are allowed to:
✔ enjoy meals out
✔ relax
✔ sleep in
✔ have treats
✔ spend time with family and friends
WITHOUT turning it into:
❌ “I’ll start again Tuesday.”
One weekend doesn’t ruin your progress.
What matters most is what you consistently do before and after it.
Try to keep some basics in place:
move your body
drink water
include protein
get outside
avoid the all-or-nothing mindset
Enjoy the weekend… without disappearing from your healthy habits completely.
Your body will thank you for it next week 💚

Imagine heading into spring already:
✔ stronger
✔ fitter
✔ more energised
✔ sleeping better
✔ feeling more confident
✔ back in a healthy routine
That doesn’t happen by waiting until September to begin.
It happens by starting NOW - even before you feel fully ready.
And honestly?
That’s where most women get stuck.
They think they need:
more motivation
more time
more fitness
more energy
before they begin.
But often the motivation COMES AFTER you start.
This EOFY I’ll be opening limited spots for women wanting support through:
✨ Personal Training
✨ Semi-Private Coaching
✨ Live Zoom Group Fitness
Perfect for women wanting:
✔accountability
✔realistic workouts
✔menopause-friendly support
✔short effective sessions
✔guidance without judgement
Because winter doesn’t have to be the season you lose momentum.
It can actually be the season everything changes.
Keep watching… EOFY details are coming soon 👀

“My favourite winter workout for energy and metabolism”
One of the BEST things you can do during winter?
Strength training.
Not just for weight loss… but for:
✔ energy
✔ mood
✔ metabolism
✔ confidence
✔ muscle mass
✔ healthy ageing
A lot of women think they need long exhausting cardio sessions to stay healthy during winter, but often that just leaves them more tired and less motivated.
Short strength-based workouts can be a game changer this time of year.
Especially for women over 40, strength training becomes MORE important — not less.
Muscle is medicine.
And no… lifting weights will not make you bulky 😄

SOMETHING EXCITING IS COMING!
Every winter, so many women tell themselves:
“I’ll start again when the weather warms up.”
But then spring arrives…
and they’re frustrated they’re still feeling:
❌tired
❌uncomfortable
❌unmotivated
❌stiff
❌lacking confidence
❌completely out of routine
Here’s the truth:
You do NOT need to wait for the “perfect time” to start feeling better.
You just need:
✔ support
✔ accountability
✔ simple structure
✔ realistic workouts
✔ consistency over perfection
At In 2 Life Fitness, I work with real women balancing:
✅work
✅family
✅stress
✅hormones
✅menopause
✅busy schedules
✅low energy
No extreme workouts.
No intimidating gym environment.
No pressure to be perfect.
Just supportive coaching designed to help you feel stronger, healthier and more energised through winter and beyond.
Over the next few weeks I’ll be releasing a special EOFY offer for:
✨ Personal Training
✨ Semi-Private PT
✨ Zoom Group Fitness
And yes… spots will be limited 👀
If you’ve been thinking:
“I really need to get back into this…”
this could be your sign.

“Winter starts today…”
“This is NOT your sign to hibernate.”
The first week of winter is usually where one of two things happens…
Some women decide:
❄ “I’ll restart in spring.”
Others decide:
❄ “I’m not losing the next 3 months to low energy, comfort eating and starting over again.”
And honestly?
Winter can actually be one of the BEST times to focus on your health.
Why?
Because movement improves energy.
Strength training improves metabolism.
Routine improves mindset.
And looking after yourself during winter usually means you feel MUCH better physically and mentally by Spring.
This doesn’t need to be extreme.
No crazy diets.
No training 7 days a week.
No punishment workouts.
Just simple consistent habits that help you feel stronger, healthier and more in control.
If you want this winter to feel different, comment:

“Heading into the weekend…”
“What’s ONE healthy habit you want to keep going?”
Weekends can either:
❄ completely throw routines out the window
OR
❄ be a great chance to slow down, recharge and still take care of yourself.
This weekend, instead of trying to be “perfect”, pick ONE healthy habit you want to continue.
Maybe it’s:
✔ getting your steps in
✔ drinking more water
✔ prioritising protein
✔ moving daily
✔ not skipping meals
✔ getting better sleep
Small habits matter more than extreme effort.
Drop your ONE habit below 👇
Let’s keep each other accountable heading into winter 💚

“3 things I focus on during busy weekends so I don’t feel awful by Monday”
I’m not someone who believes weekends should be all salads and no fun.
BUT… I also know how horrible it feels to hit Monday feeling bloated, exhausted and completely off track.
So instead of aiming for perfection, these are the 3 things I personally focus on during busy weekends:
✔ Protein at most meals
This helps keep hunger and cravings under control and stops the “snack all day” cycle.
✔ Daily movement
Not punishment exercise - just movement. A walk, a workout, stretching, something.
✔ Water
Because weekends + colder weather + eating out often = dehydration and low energy.
That’s it.
Simple habits keep you feeling SO much better physically and mentally without needing to “start over” every Monday.
Healthy living should fit around real life - not stop you from enjoying it.

“A bad weekend does NOT ruin your progress.”
One takeaway meal.
One sleep-in.
One missed workout.
One social event.
None of these things ruin your progress.
What usually DOES derail women is the thinking that follows:
“I’ve already blown it…”
“I’ll start again Monday.”
“I may as well keep eating badly now.”
That all-or-nothing mindset is often far more damaging than the actual weekend itself.
Healthy women are not perfect women.
They’re women who learn how to reset quickly instead of giving up completely.
Especially heading into winter and long weekends, this matters.
You do not need to “earn” your food.
You do not need punishment workouts.
You do not need to be perfect.
You just need to keep coming back to your healthy habits more often than not.
One meal doesn’t make you healthy.
One meal doesn’t make you unhealthy either.
Consistency wins every time.

“What’s YOUR biggest winter struggle?”
Let’s be honest… winter can make healthy habits harder.
So tell me - what do YOU struggle with most during the colder months?
A. Motivation
B. Nutrition
C. Low energy
D. Time
E. Staying consistent
Drop your letter below 👇
(And yes… “all of the above” is allowed too 😂)
You might be surprised how many other women feel exactly the same way.

The workout you DO is always better than the workout you keep putting off.”
One of the biggest mistakes women make in winter?
Thinking every workout has to be:
long
intense
perfect
highly motivated
It doesn’t.
A quick 20–30 minute session still counts.
A walk still counts.
A Zoom workout from home still counts.
A lower-energy workout still counts.
Consistency is what creates results - not perfection.
Some days you’ll feel amazing.
Some days you’ll just show up anyway.
Both matter.
This is exactly why I love short, realistic workouts for busy women. They’re easier to stick to during colder months when motivation drops.
Your future self will always thank you for doing SOMETHING instead of nothing.
