During these sessions we can provide general information on what funding is available, tips and tricks on how to apply, examples of what a successful application looks like, and direct advice on your drafts.
Please bring your draft applications for us to provide feedback on as well as all your questions about funding, and WAM staff will assist you with info, advice, and help you get that funding support for your next big project.

WA Music Week 2026!! ♬ˎˊ˗
We are simply blown away by all the love and can’t thank you enough for supporting local music.
From the Kimberley to Kokomo’s this WA Music Week featured over 50 local artists across 18 venues. To everyone who was involved, bought a ticket, put on a gig, showed up, performed (the list goes on), thank you!!
A huge shoutout to our delivery contractor, 360 Artist Logistics and to all the venues who opened their doors and helped make the week happen:
Clancy's Fish Pub Fremantle, Fremantle Buffalo Club, Freo.Social, HonkyTonk - Freo, Kokomo's Fremantle, Mojos Bar Fremantle, Old Courthouse, Old Customs House, Rosemount Hotel, SAE University College Aus, WYOLA.

WAM Presents: Festivals & Funding
With City of Albany, Red Gum Pass, New Farm New Country & Festival of Dusk 🌟
During this session, representatives from regional festivals will give insight on how artists can get involved and what they look for when booking artists for their events.
We’ll also provide general information on what funding is available, tips and tricks on how to apply, examples of what a successful application looks like, and direct advice on your drafts.
