At Wheat Ridge Learning Academy, we are deeply saddened by the loss of Dominick Breton.

Dominick was a champion for Wheat Ridge, its families, its small businesses, and its children. He believed in building community, supporting one another, and making our city a better place for everyone. His kindness, encouragement, and dedication touched countless lives, including ours.

We are grateful for all he did to strengthen the community our children are growing up in. His impact will continue to be felt for generations through the relationships he built and the example he set.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

We are thrilled to finally announce a one-of-a-kind addition to our spring program at Chatfield Reservoir! Starting next week, WRLA is officially launching our inaugural Infant Shark Surfing sessions! 🦈🏄‍♂️

We believe it’s never too early to build confidence in the water, or to make friends with the ocean's (and the reservoir's...) most misunderstood predators. Our certified "Shark-Toddler" instructors will guide your little ones as they catch some freshwater wakes on the backs of our specially trained Great Whites.

Program Highlights:
* Ages: 6 months to 2 years (must be able to hold a surfboard upright).
* Gear: Miniature wetsuits and "chum-scented" sunscreen provided.
* Safety: Each shark has been taught the "gentle fin" technique.

Spaces are extremely limited and filling up fast! If you want your baby to be the coolest ripper at the reservoir, drop a "SHARK" in the comments for registration details! 🌊👶
