If you've been to our warehouse, the Whale of a Used Book Sale, Whale's Tale Books and Gifts, or any of our other events and locations, then you've seen our awesome volunteers putting in the hard work! For our volunteers, our annual appreciation luncheon is coming up on July 31 at Wheat Ridge Recreation Center. We don't want to say it'll be the party of the year... but it might be the party of the year.

Thanks to everyone who attended the Whale of a Used Book Sale this past weekend at Jefferson County Fairgrounds -- we raised over $115,000 in support of Jefferson County Public Libraries, all thanks to book lovers who wanted to check out our sale of over 90,000 gently used books, collectibles, CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, and more.

We're full of gratitude -- thanks everyone for coming out and making the Spring Whale Sale a great event! Join us again in October for our Fall Sale, and remember in the meantime to KEEP READING!
