Over the last 25 years we have worked on everything from small additions, 100k sf commercial factory buildings, and 25k sf luxury private homes. Every project is unique.

Some of our latest work has been in the 4k sf luxury spec home market and our experience and talent really shows itself. We have an amazing design and construction team on these projects. Architectural design by Dustin Brady, and Engineering by HRCDesigns. All projects large and small receive the same level of attention and detail, minimizing opportunity for cost overruns, and “value engineering” that could lead to a design that falls short of the intended design and impact to the owner.

Working with Architects across Florida, Massachusetts, New York, and California, our diversity and dedication to these projects shows through.

Construction is one of the most stressful things owners can subject themselves to, but with our unique quality of being involved from cradle to grave on our projects, we help reduce the stress and anxiety by making sure the intent is maintained.

For those who were able to make it to IBS/KBIS this year, id like to know your thoughts on great products you found.

Our local West Palm Beach Interior Door go-to was there - RESO - great to see small business being represented. These guys are amazing if you are looking for prehung interior Shaker style doors.

I think we just found our new Spec on doors and windows on all our builds. Palm City Iron Works (Ft Myers) has amazing impact rated products with thin stiles….Can’t wait to get these for one of our upcoming projects.

Happy New Year!

We appreciate all the clients we have worked with and wish everyone a prosperous and exciting new year! The Builders, Architects, Owners and Developers we have close ties with have been critical is our success and we can’t thank everyone enough.

There is a special place in hell for insurance companies like Security First Insurance. They have denied nearly 60% of all first claims from Helene last year and I glad to see several homeowners fighting back and initiating lawsuits against these companies that leave you high and dry after you have lost your house to a hurricane.

These companies need to be held accountable for coming to Florida, taking peoples money for years just to leave them fighting for what they pay for when unfortunate events take their home. When you purchase insurance, make sure you research your insurer first.
